HG Fleshing Machine
The PLC controlled HG fleshing machine lets you set a program to match a certain type of skin, and so achieve the best possible fleshing results. The fleshing machine has an integrated automatic sawdust function with a large capacity to eliminate frequent emptying. The belt tracking of the motor allows for precise scraping and a fast return stroke. The location of the scanning sensor means that the clamps or hooks do not smash the sensor even at high speeds of rotation. This means that the feeding rate - and thus the capacity - is increased

FIX PE Sleeves
FIX Sleeves are available in two sizes; short and long. With long sleeves the fur does not have to be wet-ironed before drying, whereas the short version enables you to wet-iron as seen in traditional pinning. Both types of sleeves are manufactured from polyethelyne with special elastic properties. To position the sleeve correctly, a line has been imprinted on the sleeve to indicate the 3cm mark for the constriction that must be placed on the lower edge of the fur.
  Air Buffer Tank
In order to ensure the supply of air to your FIX-2 pinning machine, we can upgrade your machine with a local buffer tank. The buffer tank should not be regarded as a replacement for a sufficiently large compressor, but it can help maintain maximum pressure throughout the pinning process…
  FIX-Monorail
  • The FIX-Monorail system can easily be adapted to your existing fur production set-up. This illustration shows how a complete FIX-Monorail system can be constructed with machines and rails.
  • The entire system has been developed with the primary purpose of further reducing the cost of pinning and removing mink furs, while offering the option of automatic water-brushing.
    The entire system reduces the price per fur, depending on the set-up and wage costs of individual fur farms.
